El Hierro 2009
El Hierro we visited in 2009 with our small Renault Express. We needed a car less then 1.85m hight to get a cheaper price, so we took out the back seats and made a bed in the back. Maya slept in the front, our stuff was on the drivers seat and we had our place in the back.
It was a wonderful 10days trip to an amazing little island with lots to see and discover. Sadly no waves, but we took our boards along...you never know ;-)
On El Hierro you can get fresh water from the mountains, which tastes delicious, fresh and pure.
We went to a place called "Bailadero de las brujas" and it was a really a mystic place to be! El Hierro is just such a beautiful island, you have woods, fields, beaches, rocky coast...wonderful!!!!
